Goodwill Hunting

I have been caught up in an addiction to my local Goodwill. First of all I must say that it has the best turnover of merchandise than any other thrift store I have gone to and also the best pricing. However the other day I was in there and I noticed some of items were grossly overpriced, maybe they have a new volunteer and they have not mastered the pricing gun and instead of it reading 1.99 things were marked 19.99.

I found some clay poker chips and a cool set of carved wood chess pieces and a really neat 1776 Bicentennial scarf, what I will do with that I have no idea.

Has anyone seen the new commercials for JC Penney's? At first I didn't understand them but the latest one with Ellen D and the 14.99 price was so funny. Ellen goes back in time and she is in a huge turn of the century hat and she kept telling the sales lady 15 dollars and the sales lady said the price was 14 dollars and 99 cents. So funny!

OK my collection of staplers is growing, Can't wait to post my latest additions. I love it when they work, it is not a prerequisite that they work when I buy them but it is a bonus to their appeal.
